Job description

Our client is a Dutch shipbuilder of navy vessels, with customers all over the world. For their office in Vlissingen, we are looking for a 3DX Delmia Specialist.

The role
Our client is implementing 3DX Delmia, which is about machining engineering and manufacturing planning. The role also requires functional management of the 3DX Delmia software system to keep it operational and to implement and/or develop topics.
 
Key accountabilities
  • Maintain best-in-class level of expertise in 3DX Delmia.
  • Provide feedback to the Engineering team from using the applications.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative products, projects, and business processes.
  • Closely collaborate with the 3DX internal team.
  • Define business use cases linked to specific Shipbuilding Manufacturing Process.
  • Propose innovative approaches allowing to stand out as a leader in the market.
  • Present these solutions during internal or external events to collect comments and improve on their content.
  • Structure, packages and distribute and communicate demos solutions to make them available to sales force to use

Job requirements

  • Experience in 3DX Delmia or Catia development.
  • Strong functional expertise in Catia or 3DX DELMIA solution is preferred.
  • Good Functional Knowledge on CATIA or 3DX DELMIA.
  • Knowledge of EKL scripting and good skills in objected oriented programming.
  • Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Due to the military nature of the projects, applicants from outside the EU will not be considered
  • A background check will be part of the selection procedure

Our offer

  • Salary depending on experience
  • Annual leave: 27 days plus 13 days ADV
  • Travel costs: € 10 per month for the first 10 km, then € 0.19 per km
  • Pension benefit: employer 50% and employee 50%
