Job description

• Ship simulator design process e.g., review design documents.
• Q&A process and direct discussions with the German government, ship simulator supplier and other subcontractors about the design and implementations details.
• Supplier selection, change and IT security process.
• Test process with regards to requirement validation and traceability.

Job requirements

• Bcs in Naval Architecture, IT or other relevant degree or Vocational (MBO-4+) with relevant experience .
• Experience with (ship or flight) simulators and related hardware e.g., network, servers, bridge consoles and audio and visual equipment.
• Experience with requirement validation and traceability methods.
• Experience with modern training methods (eLearning) and/or game design, game art or game development is a big plus.
• Fluent Dutch / English language skills, German langauge would be advantageous
• Due to the military nature of the projects, applicants from outside the EU will not be considered
• A background check will be part of the selection procedure

Our offer

• Salary depending on experience
• Annual leave: 27 days plus 13 days ADV
• Travel costs: € 10 per month for the first 10 km, then € 0.19 per km
• Pension benefit: employer 50% and employee 50%
