• Request for Purchase Requisition SAP
• Follow up on payment requests, reminders and deficiency letters
• Manage mailbox
• Answering general office phone
• Send and receive parcels, processing of mail, registered letters and rerouting of tax letter internally
• Assistance in miscellaneous administration for entities
• Management of office supplies
• Management of office equipment (non-IT)
• Management of meeting rooms and provide business lunches
• Order daily lunch
• Management of GSM subscriptions for NL
• Management of access devices (keys & tags) for the Hague office
• Replacing the PA of the GM when applicable
• Processing of HSE (Health Safety & Environment) incidents

• Experienced in working with SAP
• Accurate
• Stress resistant: able to work with deadlines
• Moderate English written and verbally
