Key tasks:
Processing of invoices SAP
Request for Purchase Requisition SAP
Follow up on payment requests, reminders and deficiency letters
Manage mailbox
Answering general office phone
Send and receive parcels, processing of mail, registered letters and rerouting of tax letter internally
Assistance in miscellaneous administration for entities
Management of office supplies
Management of office equipment (non-IT)
Management of meeting rooms and provide business lunches
Order daily lunch
Management of GSM subscriptions for NL
Management of access devices (keys & tags) for the Hague office
Replacing the PA of the GM when applicable
Processing of HSE (Health Safety & Environment) incidents

Experienced in working with SAP
Accurate
Stress resistant: able to work with deadlines
Moderate English written and verbally
