The role As HR Administrator you will work on a broad variety of tasks and provide overall admin support for the HR department. Working closely together with your HR colleagues you will ensure a complete and accurate HR administration. You will report to the Manager HR.
Responsibilities
Execute admin processes in the HR Team
Onboarding and introduction of new employees and temp staff
Personnel administration, compliant with Dutch tax and regulations
Logging of payroll instructions and submitting to payroll dept
Training and development administration
Maintain the contents of the HR database
Provide day-to-day advice to employees on HR-related queries, requests, policies and procedures. Escalating complex issues to HR Advisor / Manager HR
Administrative support in the expatriation process of staff
Maintain the sick leave administration and follow-up of sick leave procedures
Ensure legal compliance throughout the human resource administration
Functie-eisen
Vocational education (MBO-4)
Experience with HR administration in an international organization
Knowledge of Dutch labor law and relevant HR procedures and processes
Experience with MS Office and HR systems
Dutch and English language skills
Due to the military nature of the projects, applicants from outside the EU will not be considered
A background check will be part of the selection procedure

Salary depending on experience
Annual leave: 27 days plus 13 days ADV
Travel costs: € 10 per month for the first 10 km, then € 0.19 per km
