Functieomschrijving

As reinforcement for their team we are looking for you as special task coordinator for the location Arnhem. In this position you work 2/3 days from home and the rest you are on the way to support the technicians.

Functie-eisen

Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of Service Work Orders
  • Coordination of Service Operations
  • Definition of required spare parts, tools and personal
  • Creation of short and long term planning in our IT systems Salesforce, respectively SAP
Qualifications:
  • Completed technical or commercial Apprenticeship
  • Ideally several years of work experience in a comparable position
  • IT knowledge in the common programs (MS Office, SAP, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Profound knowledge of written and spoken English
 
Competencies:
  • Very good communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Enjoy working with other people
  • Problem solving ability
