The regional warehouse is essential in delivering parts and equipment to offshore turbine service sites across the Dutch region. These service sites are instrumental in maintaining leadership in the wind energy industry.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you'll ensure the warehouse operates smoothly, adhering to top safety and quality standards while delivering projects on time.
You'll drive operational efficiency by monitoring key performance indicators and maintaining accurate inventory levels. Leading and developing warehouse staff will be key, as will collaborating with management to ensure projects are properly staffed.
You'll oversee procurement, including ordering, vendor management, and handling the full lifecycle of goods from receiving to dispatch.
Keeping site documentation up-to-date and managing regular stock takes are essential parts of your role. Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, along with ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, will round out your responsibilities.

Functie-eisen

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Coordinator or in a similar role, with at least 3 years of experience leading a team in a warehouse setting.
• Strong IT skills, with proficiency in SharePoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SAP.
• Familiarity with Lean 5S methodology and its application in warehouse management.
• Valid driver’s license and forklift truck (FLT) certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Dutch is a plus.
