"I work for Oceanwide for around eight years now. As a Chef on offshore oil & gas platforms, I usually work on a two-week rotation basis. That means that I have two homes. One on the platform, I try to create a good atmosphere by serving health and fresh food. Offshore work is hard, so this essential for the functioning of the platform. Also, I can spend more time with my family due to working on rotation bases for a couple of weeks".
