Job description

As a Crewing Officer, you will take charge of crew planning across various ongoing projects, ensuring smooth operations and efficient management. Your role will encompass coordinating, processing, and monitoring documents for jointers, cable workers, and other crew members.

The tasks will include:

  • Document Compliance: Ensure that all documentary requirements for jointers and cable workers comply with regulations and standards.
  • Crew Management: Coordinate, process, and monitor documents for your jointers and cable workers.
  • Crew Planning: Oversee crew planning for your assigned projects, ensuring optimal scheduling.
  • Problem-Solving: Devise efficient solutions in cases of crew sickness or disrupted operations, aiming to minimize impacts on published rosters and reduce operational costs.
  • Operational Continuity: Ensure all flight program changes, delays, and crew sickness are managed to prevent service disruptions.
  • System Maintenance: Keep the Crew Management System up-to-date with all relevant information.
  • Communication: Inform all relevant parties of any crew changes to facilitate necessary adjustments.

Job requirements

Your Profile:

  • Experience: Background in a scheduling or logistic environment is preferred.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive Attitude: Self-starter with a proactive approach.
  • Team Player: Ability to handle stress and communicate effectively within a team.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the Renewable, Offshore, or Maritime industry is considered a bonus.
