Job description
Key tasks:- Processing of invoices SAP
- Request for Purchase Requisition SAP
- Follow up on payment requests, reminders and deficiency letters
- Manage mailbox
- Answering general office phone
- Send and receive parcels, processing of mail, registered letters and rerouting of tax letter internally
- Assistance in miscellaneous administration for entities
- Management of office supplies
- Management of office equipment (non-IT)
- Management of meeting rooms and provide business lunches
- Order daily lunch
- Management of GSM subscriptions for NL
- Management of access devices (keys & tags) for the Hague office
- Replacing the PA of the GM when applicable
- Processing of HSE (Health Safety & Environment) incidents
Job requirements
Essential- Experienced in working with SAP
- Accurate
- Stress resistant: able to work with deadlines
- Moderate English written and verbally
