Job description

In this position you will be responsible for the management of the tender process for assigned sales opportunities and internal stakeholder management.
Possible Location: Bremen, Hamburg, Flensburg, PL, NL, UK. The head office is in Utrecht.

Your responsible for:

• Analyses the customer request;
• Liaises with Service Support Coordinator;
• Liaises with customers, other departments and internal stakeholders as required for the tender response as well on corporate level;
• Supports the Sales Manager managing the process of the tender preparation compliant with the sales process;
• Prepares the costing for the offered service packages together with the Sales Manager;
• Tracks the tender work packages;
• Analyses executed projects with regards to deployed resources and profitability;
• Investigates prices of subcontractors;
• Surveys competitor and overall market conditions;
• Attends clarification & negotiation meetings also exhibitions & conferences.

Job requirements

• Completed technical or business degree;
• Enthusiastic and have experience in the field of complex technical tender and proposal management is mandatory;
• Your working method is independent, structured, and accurate;
• Outstanding writing and presenting skills in English;
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and critical thinking skills;
• Excellent organizational and communication skills;
• Ability to work in a team, commitment and resilience;
• First experience in windenergy is a plus.
