As a Recruiter you will:

• Source and attract candidates by advertising vacancies on national and international job boards, HR platforms, LinkedIn and the company’s website.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs through active networking and engagement with potential candidates.
• Conduct market research to understand trends and best practices in the maritime recruitment industry.
• Conduct screening interviews, manage salary negotiations, and coordinate job interviews.
• Manage the onboarding process for new employees.
• Oversee crew documents and ensure compliance with international maritime legislation.
• Facilitate visa applications, flight bookings, and other supporting documents for employees.
• Maintain relationships with local maritime institutions, training centers, and industry organizations.

Job requirements

What we expect: 

• Relevant experience in recruiting and/or affinity with the maritime/ offshore industry.
• Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Good knowledge of English and Latvian (written and verbal).
• Experience and/or enthusiasm for social media. And peferably some knowledge about local candidate platforms.
