Your tasks:

As technical team leader, your responsibilities will include
Operational leadership of the onshore service team in Yerseke, Zeeland
Coaching, motivating and guiding the people in your team
Performance management and adequate monitoring of employee performance
Hire, induct and coach team members to produce their best work, set annual targets and achieve growth objectives
Optimize staff planning and resources in collaboration with the Dispatch department
Oversee the execution of all Service-related activities
Promote internal and external cooperation and customer orientation
In collaboration with the Operations Manager onshore manage cost and performance indicators and Initiate cost-out initiative
In collaboration with the Project Manager(s) actively monitoring contractual availability
In cooperation with the Technical Field Support department, initiate and manage improvement proposals related to contractual availability
Taking ownership and implement improvement plans and processes
Initiate and schedule trainings, safety and technical with the support of the training department
Administrative task as, approval of working hours, declarations, control of safety certificates
Organize regular safety or kick-off meetings
Perform safety inspections and willing to support the Project Team

Job requirements

Your profile:

You have a relevant technical education and several years of experience in a leading onshore position.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a technical team lead role
You have integrity and know how to coach and guide the people in your team in a positive way to get the most out of your team
You are analytical and commercial and have a result-oriented mentality
You oversee the progress, effectiveness, efficiency, and safety of the activities carried out
Proven skills and experience of the MS office package
Proficient in Dutch and English in word and writing
Driver’s license B
Your residence is in the area of Zeeland.
