Our three-mast schooner Rembrandt van Rijn is cruising in Svalbard and Greenlandic waters with a maximum of 33 passengers and 10 international crew.
We are looking for a Head Chef to sail on our passenger sailing vessel.
As Head Chef you are responsible for the consistent preparation of cuisine, resulting in outstanding guest satisfaction. You ensure the standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation as per company standards. Additionally, you are responsible for the smooth running of the small galley and manage areas of stock, wastage control and hygiene practices within the galley.
Job requirements
At least 5 years’ experience cooking in a well-established restaurant or hotel; Experience in an independent role and 1-year shipboard experience as an advantage;
